Membership Categories

Ordinary

Ordinary Members shall be legally qualified medical practitioners registered or provisionally registered in the Republic of Singapore and teachers and research workers in the applied medical sciences.

Ordinary Members shall pay an annual subscription of $40.00 payable in advance on the first of January of each year. Members who do not pay the subscriptions for 3 successive years shall cease to be members until the arrears in subscriptions have been paid.

Associate

Associate Members shall be persons involved in ancillary medical services.

Associate members shall pay an annual subscription of $20.00 payable in advance on the first of January of each year and shall enjoy all the privileges of Ordinary Members except a vote at meetings and eligibility of office. Members who do not pay the subscriptions for 3 successive years shall cease to be members until the arrears in subscriptions have been paid.

All membership types (Ordinary/Associate) are available online, and your status will be updated once approved.

Privileges of Members:

  • Able to attend the Society’s clinical meeting
  • Receive publications of the Society
